| Lotus Capital is a Fund Manager registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The investments will be put into Halal transactions based on the tenets of the Shari’ah (Mudharaba, Ijara and Musharaka). Returns on these investments would be subject to a 70%-30% profit and loss share between the Investors and the Fund Manager respectively. Lotus Capital will not charge management fees if we donot make you profit in that quarter. |
