Hajara Adeola is the Managing Director and Chief Executive of Lotus Capital Limited. She has over 20 years’ experience working in top tier global investment banks in the UK and Nigeria, where she focused on research and analyses, investment management, Islamic finance and corporate finance.
Prior to founding Lotus Capital, she previously worked with Arthur Anderson Consulting (now Accenture). UBS Warburg, BNP Paribas and ARM Investment Managers. Hajara is regarded as the top industry expert in Islamic fund management in Nigeria

Toyin Kekere-Ekun is the head of operations. She has more than 15 years’ experience spanning financial strategy, treasury management, credit structuring, Islamic finance and operational risk management. She previously worked in the treasury and corporate banking group of Guaranty Trust Bank, and was the segment manager, Islamic Finance at Stanbic IBTC Bank, and was the GM Finance for Linetrale Petroleum Limited.

Gregory Ogbebor is the head of investment and research. He has over 10 years of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, financial advisory, Islamic finance, corporate finance and securities issuances.

Mas'ud Balogun is in charge of legal, regulatory, sharia governance and company secretariat services. Prior to joining Lotus Capital, Mas’ud worked with the lawfirm of Olaiwun Ajayi LP and in the London Office of Norton Rose Fulbright. He has extensive experience in drafting, finance, dispute resolution and capital market transactions spanning mergers and acquisitions, fund management, share reconstruction, project finance and securities issuances. Mas’ud is commercial, analytical and pragmatic.

Adebola Samson-Fatokun is the head of strategy and corporate services. She has extensive experience in strategy and human resources management. Prior to joining Lotus Capital, she was the Group HR Generalist for Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (Domestic Bank unit) after having headed the human resources unit of Ecobank Development Corporation across its regional offices. She worked extensively in the aviation sector with Air France and later, Air France-KLM upon their merger.
Qualifications: MSc International Human Resource Management (Cranfield University), PGD Bilingual Secretarial Administration, BA Foreign Languages (Obafemi Awolowo University), Chartered Member of CIPD (UK) and CIPM Nigeria.
Moshood Babatunde is the Chief Financial Officer. He has over 10 years of financial management experience across fund accounting, treasury management, business restructuring, corporate finance, audit, tax management, financial control, financial analysis and enterprise risk management.

Ibitayo Ogbebor is the head of business development and support. She has over 10 years’ experience across fund management, money market operations, commodities trading, exchange traded derivatives, metals & energy securities, foreign exchange trading and customer service.
Ibitayo joined Lotus Capital from Macquarie Bank Ltd (UK) where she specialized base and precious metal operations and operational risk self-assessment. She had previously worked with the UK offices of JP Morgan Chase, Northern Trust Fund Managers and Deutsche Bank.
