Investments made via the Paystack gateway will typically reflect in your account within 10 to 30 minutes.

Redemption requests are usually credited within 15 minutes to 1 hour.

Yes, there are limits:

  • Minimum Transaction: N5,000
  • Maximum Transaction: N100,000
  • Daily Limit: N100,000
  • Weekly Limit: N100,000

All registered & active Lotus Capital clients

You can invest in the following funds:

  • Lotus Fixed Income Fund (FIF)
  • Lotus Halal Investment Fund (Halal)

If your transaction exceeds the specified timelines, there is most likely an issue with the transaction. Please contact us on info@lotuscapitallimited.com

The auto redemption window will be open Mondays to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Click on the client update form to update your information. If you encounter issues logging in due to outdated information, a Pop-Up message will guide you to update your details

Users with outdated client data (such as BVN, NIN, DOB, Address, etc.) will not be able to log in to the client portal. A Pop-Up message prompting an to update their data using the provided online form

Once you complete the online client update form, we would receive your form, and a PDF copy will be shared to your registered email address. Your profile will be updated within 24 working hours

Not now. Only transactions involving the mutual funds can be executed on the Client Portal
